I booked this hotel for my friends from oversea. When we checked in at the front desk, compares to the one in Bellevue Downtown, the front dest was not friendly, dressed quite sloppy, poke faced, remind me the old cheap 1/2 star motels in north seattle. After my friends checked into the room, I asked the guy if I can use the restroom next to the front desk, I got the answer that the restroom was for the employees. This guy again had forgot he was running a 2.5 star hotel, not a slum gas station or 1/2 star motel. Actually I have never seen a 2+ star doesn't allow their cutomer to use a restroom when he is in the need.
Like the other hotels in this franchise, customers have to bring the breakfast to their room to eat. But this facility is very spreading out, with no elevator, it's a hassle to bring the breakfast into the room.
At the north side of the parking lot, even the 1st floor is high up with long stair. THe elders have to carry their heavy luggages to go up the stair, without a ramp (or the ramp is at a corner which is not noticable).
The Days Inn nearby only have humble one star, but it's much better in terms of service, convenience, facility and etc.
