Seals came right under the windows when the tide was high in the morning. Kayaking around was awesome. Saw hundreds of jelly fish and a sunken sailboat with crabs all over it. “Closed out 2023 and woke to a new year and a new day at this lovely location. Anna was a superb host and opened up and shared the home with us as it was our own. “My wife and I stayed for three nights in early June. The cottage was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished with everything we needed. Expansive views of the Olympic range were enjoyed, sea otters fed on the changing tide. We always cook our meals so finding a very well equipped kitchen was great. There was more than enough room for the two of us but the cottage could comfortably acommodate four.”

“We loved everything about our stay. The cottage was perfect for two, had all the amenities we were after, and the location was ideal if you’re looking for peace and quiet with an astounding view. Our stay was 7 days and we’d planned excursions to Seattle, Victoria, whale watching, etc but we ended up staying local enjoying the hiking trails, small town lunches, and walking out our door and just a few minutes to the beach. Communication with host was excellent! Highly recommend.”

“Such a beautiful area of Puget Sound! Gorgeous view of the water with Edmonds across the Sound. Low tide is like being inside the Touch Tank at the aquarium. Abundant with marine life! The beach at high tide is sandy and lovely to walk on or sit and enjoy the view with otters, sea lions, osprey, etc. Also, very quiet and peaceful. The house is older but comfortable and clean. We loved our stay there.”
