“We had a long day in York out in the rain and this Hotel cheered us up no end. The suite was amazing and so comfortable and the bathroom was spectacular!! The food was so fresh and delicious and the staff very friendly and attentiveThe bar and dining area was all decorated for Christmas which was lovely and cosy. Just wish we could have stayed longer but we will be back .Thank you loved our stay and couldnt think of a negative if I tried !”

“We had a couple of nights stay in the New Inn and it was a lovely clean comfortable place. Great check in and access to a fridge, plates and cutlery if you need it. Chinese restaurant just a minute walk away which was really good. There was a fish and chip place too but unfortunately it was closed while we were staying. Would definitely recommend staying here though, nice safe friendly little village with a great community shop five minute walk away. ”
