“This was a great place to stay. Close to all, especially walks to the beach and even to the Farmer’s Market one day. The house was roomy- great kitchen!!! Bedrooms ample size- and the master bedroom really spacious. Ed, the host, was very timely with all communication. Perhaps a few more throw blankets and extra stock of bathroom towels would have been nice. Although there is a washer and dryer in the house. Also a recommendation for more kitchen knives - we cooked a lot of our meals there.……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The two bedrooms and two of the bathrooms are on the second floor with the master having a balcony that faces west. The other balcony is off the living room and also faces west. The condo was very clean; I was able to walk barefoot in the condo. “Beautiful property and great management. Stayed here as an in between to Santa Cruz and Monterey. The property is impeccable and offered all the amenities for a comfortable stay. We had a minor billing issue early on that was quickly resolved without issue. “This property has a very large picturesque backyard with a heated pool, garden, and a pond. There is a BBQ grill that we were able to use. The kitchen is spacious. The amenities are great and elevated our stay! There is one small thing that could be improved: the indoor carpet has lots of stains and looks a little dirty. However, this did not bother us much. I received all the information from Jane prior to the visit and everything was very easy. The beds are quite comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen are modern.
