“My husband found the property while up in Duluth for their Outdoor Summit. We had friends over on Saturday night, there was eight of us. The main level was conducive to different groups and conversations with the large island and the warm fireplace. All guests, residents of Duluth loved the view of Spirit Mountain as they were making snow. What a beautiful place and enjoyed the sauna. We will be back. As mountain bikers and fat tire bikers, this place is in a great spot!”

“A clean, tidy property. We booked it for an mtb trip. However, it did not have a garage or other bike storage area so we had to carry our bikes up a flight of stairs in order to store them indoors for the night.”

“This place met all of our needs. We had 8 people including 2- 16 year olds. The pool table and arcade games at this place made our trip so much fun. Everyone wanted to go back to the house to hang out instead of sightseeing. adults, have wanted to go back to the”

“We used it as a ladies’ trip base- it was great for being close to shopping and great places to eat. Loved the privacy of the large yard. The rooms were really comfortable and we really enjoyed the sitting area in the basement with the fireplace. The basement bedroom has the heater in a closet with a curtain- would recommend a door for noise. Wasn’t too bad though. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook meals with ease. The hot tub was fantastic- large enough for all 6 of us……
