“The room booked was not available at check-in due to the hotel having had to move another guest. The gal at the front desk was super friendly, apologetic, and set us up with another equally acceptable room. She, and the clerk on duty at check-out in the morning were very pleasant and efficient in their role. Room was very clean and comfortable. We were disappointed the coffee service in lobby in the morning was not available as the machine was out of order. We would stay again.”

“I spent a second week here, and although I would still recommend it. I did use the hotel gym room this time and was a little disappointed because the wipes for wiping off the machine were not in their dispenser and I had to keep working to open and close the bag that they were in, and the distilled water machine was broken and they didn't know when it would be fixed. However, I will say that the management did take care of another concern I had immediately and were as commodating as they could……

“I booked a multi bed suite but was a regular single bed room. I was told the room I booked was being worked on but was not told this before checking in. I asked about a refund for the cost difference of the rooms and was told there wasn't one. Our host was very nice and friendly and we enjoyed our stay, but I wish I had been told before arriving that I didn't have the room that I booked and paid for online.”
