「Für den Preis kann man sich nicht beschweren. Es war im groben und ganzen sauber und das einchecken und auschecken geht wirklich einfach von statten, etweder am automaten, rezeption oder per handy. Negativ könnte man die wenigen Parkplätze erwähnen. Leute die mit dem zug kommen haben es optimal, da das hotel am hauptbahnhof ist aber mit dem auto wird es etwas schwierig.」

「Excellent experience. The room is spacious and super clean. I like the little kitchen there so I could cook simple meals. Wifi worked well. The breakfast is great even though only cold food is served. Really enjoyed my stay there. Location also great.」

「Perfect little gem just off the Marktplatz in Heidelberg’s beautiful Altstadt. No frills, but clean and comfortable. You cannot beat this location. Easy walk in and walk out. Easy access to public transportation. Spend your time walking the pedestrian areas and enjoying restaurant and bar outdoor seating! Highly recommend!」

「The property was great. It was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. The location is near hiking trails and a little distance away from the town. It would be good if you have a car. The host is responsive,and friendly. 」

「Die Gastgeber waren wirklich sehr freundlich, hilfsbreit, und unkompliziert. Die Gegend liegt idyllisch und ruhig, perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem langen Tag in Heidelberg :) Die Anbindung an die Stadt war gut - Wir würden auf jedenfall wiederkommen! 」

「The room itself was beautiful but showing some age. Minor repairs required. Burnt out lights. One light fell being held by a thread of a screw, We stayed 6 days. Asked for house keeping on our 3rd..and 4th day. They didn’t come. We took our own garbage out. 5th day we got new towels. But we were leaving 12 hours later…. Hard to communicate with management, If your ok being self reliant the place is beautiful and amazing location 」

「Situato in una zona nuova, davanti alla Stazione Centrale, non è attualmente facilmente raggiungibile a causa dei lavori e di strade ancora chiuse, ma l’hotel è molto bello, tutto nuovissimo e luccicante ed ha un ottimo Bar e ristorante all’ultimo piano con una vista a 360 gradi sulla bella città di Heidelberg. Ha ampio parcheggio sotterraneo. 」

"A hotel that would write the name of a country incorrectly, mixing up Taiwan and “Taiwan, a province of China,” which is clearly a mistake made by someone with insufficient knowledge. Does opening a hotel really need to involve unnecessary politicization? It’s a shame that such a beautiful city like Heidelberg is marred by this hotel’s actions."
