「Sehr schön gestaltete Ferienwohnung mit Liebe zum Detail. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt - gerne wieder.」

「The room was not clean and smell bad. Fridge was very dirty so I didn’t want to put anything. Restroom smell was awful and the sink was stuck somewhere. I sent numerous messages and they asked me to send e-mail. I told that I want to cancel the trip but no one respond. They just say that their team is reviewing, but no one replied until I finally check-out and escape. No worth for spending money at all.」

「We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad. Appartement was erg ruim en mooi ingericht. Zeker aan te raden. 」

「Es riecht extrem nach Rauch. Für Nichtraucher schwierig.」

「Good spacious eating and relaxing area.stairs to upper levels steep and twisty could be difficult for some people.Warm and cosy but not sure of the 2 smaller bedrooms given one had no window and other on the small side. Decor was a bit tired and kitchen was missing some basic utensils.But overall good value for money stay.」

「The room and small kitchen area were dirty, dishes not washed. We only got one key for the room, difficult to come in with the code, took us long time to make it work. The gate was locked in the evenings but we had not gotten a key for that. Had to climb over the gate to get in. No direct communication with the place. The electricity was down when we came. All in all, a never again experience!!」

They don’t cancel the credit card hold amount

"Didn’t provide credit card refund within the timeframe as they said at checkout. Basically had to wait for the bank to cancel the hold after 30 days. Really inconvenient when you need the credit card for other things afterwards. Send them emails and they didn’t bother to reply. "

"10 out of 10 experience. The hotel is an easy walk from the train station and a few blocks away from the old town. Lots of shops, restaurants, bars within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is well-kept and stylish. Great staff at the front desk as well as the lounge bar area. Rooms are well-appointed, comfortable and clean. Would have loved to have a kettle in the room for a cup of tea, but you can get hot water at the lobby lounge easily. Highly recommended. "
