Summary:
This historic Savannah YWCA building turned into modern residences! Come stay away with us but feel at home in this tastefully decorated refinished condo. Positioned perfectly in the historic district, this unit is a stone's throw away to some of the best restaurants in town and less than a 5 minute walk to River Street! We offer a washer/dryer for you to use at your convenience. WiFi and smart TV's included.

The Space:
We offer a completely furnished kitchen ready for those who choose to dine in. Coffee and tea is provided to make your mornings easy : ) There is a washer/dryer in the closet available for your use and we also have a trundle bed in the second bedroom for those of you with kids or an extra roommate!

Guest Access:
There are elevators available for you on the main level, we are on level 3.

The Neighborhood:
We are two blocks from Chippewa Square, 5 blocks from City Market and just a hop, skip and a jump from some of the best restaurants in town like Husk, Collins Quarter, Hitch, The Olde Pink House and DOZENS of others!

Getting Around:
You can walk to ANYTHING downtown from this location. Whether you wish to go on a run to Forsyth Park, do some shopping on Broughton, or just some walking on River Street, you are within a 5 minute walk to everything!

Loved our stay at this property!
The condo was clean, beautiful and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was absolutely perfect. The owners were quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with. The beds were the best. The showers were wonderful. The only drawback was the street noise on weekends. Not a big deal. Overall, we could not have asked for a more perfect place.

Great Location
This property was as described. Clean, efficient and perfect location in the Historic district - walking distance to everything - Museums, Restaurants, River, Trolly Tours. The Two Bedroom/ Two Bathroom layout was excellent, everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome location!
In the heart of the Historic District. Walked everywhere. The building & condo were quite comfortable. Chase was wonderful and quick to respond to questions. If I return to Savannah, I would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Great value!
Nice quaint apartment but perfect for 4. Just a quick 2 block walk to Broughton Street where all of the shopping and restaurants are, and another 2 blocks to River Street. You might have to walk your luggage a few blocks to checkin/checkout as parking at the rental is limited, but that is an issue everywhere in historic downtown. The value here is good. The host was nice and responsive. I would stay here again.

Location! Location! Location! We are all Seniors and we walked everywhere. We didn't cook with all the good restaurants located in Savannah, but it looked as if it had everything. The living room was a good size. The 2 bedroom/bathrooms were seperated by the living areas. The bathrooms have been remodeled since the pictures were taken and both have very nice showers. The area felt very safe and the condo secure. We would highly recommend 👌

Location, location, location!!
Apartment is in an awesome location for exploring historic Savannah. Walking distance to all of the squares, River Street and City Market. With that, know that you are in the middle of the historic district with a lot of city traffic and very near SCAD housing, so expect a lot of street noise. Also, know that you are staying in an historic building. Though renovated, don’t expect hotel finishes. You do, though, get a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms! Owners/ management were quick to reply. Communication was 5 star. We loved the view of the “Forest Gump” steeple from the living room window!

Beautiful place and great location for many local attractions. Owner was very helpful and quick response to messages. Rental was clean and comfortable. This was our first visit to this historical town. Hope to come back again some day.

Week at the YWCA
Making arrangements could not have been easier. The location was excellent and we seldom needed a car. Living space was perfect for two couples, complete privacy with common areas for shared time. The only drawback was street noise, some nights more than others. Overall a good choice.

Great historic district stay!
The property was as described in the historic district of Savannah. The building was older as expected for the area but the elevator works great and the inside of the apartment was very clean. The beds were comfortable and an oscillating fan was provided in one of the bedrooms. Chase was very responsive to any questions and checked on us during our stay. The apartment is within walking distance of many of the tourist sites in historic Savannah and the river walk. We had a great trip and would definitely stay in this apartment again!

This is a great location to walk to river, historical attractions, squares. Clean apartment, was pretty quiet (street noise but to be expected). Couches looked nice but sag a little (hard to climb out of), need more support. Overall good value for location.

Leanne Morgan Comedy Weekend Getaway
My husband and I came down to see Leanne Morgan at the Savannah Civic Center. This condo was a great find! It was only a short walk away so very convenient! The condo was clean and relatively quiet during our stay! A little bit of street noise but nothing to be surprised by since we were downtown! You have to park in a garage but it was a quick walk as well! It allowed us to find some good eats in the area, especially Corleone's! I would definitely book this condo again when I am back in Savannah!

Nice, Clean Apartment with Steps at Entry
We had a nice but brief stay in this beautiful Savannah neighborhood. It was a bit noisy at night with fire engines racing by but we slept comfortably. The king size sheets were unfortunately too small for the bed and the fitted sheet kept coming off the edges. The apartment was furnished with nice towels, soap and shampoo, and all the basics you would need to brew coffee. Regular coffee and creamer was included! We had an 89-year-old staying with us and she used a walker. It was a bit challenging to get into the condo building with her. However, we were thankful to have an elevator since we were on the top floor. Thanks for a clean apartment and a lovely stay!
