Great home
This property was perfect for us. Everything was great. Being in the historic district was very convenient. We could walk to many of the places we wanted to see.

Charming house but it will not keep you cool in the summer.
The house is charming, historic character throughout and location is a short drive or long walk to things to do. Issues: the house was (and still is) listed as a 2 bathroom plus 2 1/2 baths. It is not. It has one full bath and one half bath. The half bath is especially convenient as you can wash your hands as you are taking care of business. When we contacted the owner last week to let them know we could not find the missing bathrooms, they basically said oops, we corrected it- sorry. The did refund us a portion of the nightly rate. In the heat of summer, this house is not going to cool you off until the sun goes down. The upstairs only dropped below 80 degrees after midnight. The ceiling fan in the living room never worked. The owner suggested we try pulling the string. The ceiling fan is remote control so there is no string to pull. We think the remote battery was dead however it is special battery that the store we found did not carry. Since our family of 6 was already taking quite some Time to get ready since there is only one shower, we chose not to spend anymore time battery shopping so we could enjoy Savannah. The owner chose not to come sort out the problem despite our communications with them. They did tell us to check some drawers for extra batteries but they were not the correct ones, which we communicated. There were a few other things that we did not communicate to the owners so it would be unfair to share here. Overall, we went to enjoy Savannah, and we did that. The location of the house was good. We took too much time getting ready and would never have rented a house with one full bath so whatever refund they offered, would not change that. Being hot was frustrating and I don’t think the owners were particularly concerned. The fact that the house is still listed incorrectly speaks for itself.

Great stay! Location is excellent: near river walk, cafes,& churches. The place is clean but the stair railing going to the second floor needs to be stabilized. Living room ceiling fan’s remote control needs battery ( unable to use it). Overall, It’s great!🙂

Great place!
We are enjoyed the convenient location where we could walk through the historic district. It was roomy enough for all 5 of us. The parking was never an issue. There is plenty of hot water. The kitchen was nice but it would be nice for some of those pots and pans to be changed out for newer ones. It is a fun eclectic house built in the 1800s. We had a terrific time!

This property is a hidden gem! Beautiful comfortable place!. We all had a great time. Unfortunately remotes for tvs did not work and the plug to use the tub did not work. Aside from minor things this is great! We will look to rebook wjen we are in the area again!
