“First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well. Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP……

“Overall a nice stay, a couple opportunities for improvement. The Pros: Great location, charming building, room was very clean, bed was super comfy, service was friendly. Cons: I've never heard noisier pipes in my life! Bring earplugs because if the room next to you is taking a shower, you're going to KNOW IT lol, it was unreal how loud the plumbing was.
