“First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well. Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP……

“飯店有不錯的景觀，可以直接看到金門大橋， 房間也乾淨整潔。 停車的地方離房間約走路3分鐘，路上幾乎沒有路燈非常黑， 所以晚上出門記得使用房間內準備的手電筒。 餐廳並不是之前在網路上查到的不優的 buffet， 而是變成是點餐式的，點了牛排還不錯。 ”

“This is a very old hotel but they’ve done a good job of updating the rooms & appointments in the rooms. Love the claw foot bath tub in the Juniper Room. But the stairs are very steep and no elevator. Heating is quirky. Location is great…steps away from the ferry station. ”
