There is no elevator to this 3rd floor apartment, but it has good air conditioning. The apartment is spacious for two people, with simple furnishings and decorations, that were everything we needed for our stay. The location is ideal, with parking a short walk away.”

The communication with Roberto was incredible even when he was in another country the first couple of days that I arrived. “This space is conveniently located to a number of things but that is really the only benefit. The room is very small and clearly not well maintained, especially the bathroom. The WiFi did not work during the entire stay and while that shouldn't be a deal breaker, it is difficult when you do not have cell phone service otherwise. They did offer us a refund but it only came out to 20 euro for the entire 4 day stay. I do not recommend staying here.”

“Antonio was very responsive and friendly. His parents actually checked us in, but we subsequently met Antonio a few times. We had issues with the elevator and wifi being out for an extended period -- none of which had to do with the apartment. But, he found out when the elevator would be fixed. He contacted the wifi people several times and then went above and beyond by obtaining a different wifi portal for us to use. The cooking facilities were very good. We loved the washer and separate dryer.……

“The house is situated in complete peace and quiet away from noise and traffic. Nevertheless, you can be in Bologna in a short time. The ground floor and the upper floor have air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped. The internet works perfectly. The supermarket is not far away by car. There are numerous good restaurants in the surrounding area. The property is completely fenced. Our little dog could run around freely. Silvia and her husband are very friendly and always helpful and……
