I booked 2 nights for room in pool area, and paid full amount in advance. Could not get there first evening, due to travel delay. On arrival for 2nd night, they had given my room away (sold it to someone else), and had no vacancy. Waited in lobby a full hour, (with a tired toddler), until they finally found a basic room at far back of another wing. I was not compensated in any way for pool view room I paid for. (Was not asking refund first night, only that room I paid for would be reserved for me)
