“We booked in duman safir as a whole family for 4 nights. Some staff were friendly but some were very rude with us. Especially female staff, they weren't friendly at all, we came from.Morocoo so we don't know turkish ,some of them would try to speak english with us and some would rather shut then. Speak with us. The second day the kettle didn't work so we asked them for an other one or to fix it, the female employee was rude with my sister and told her to go awah nthg could be done, we deal with……

“The staff is very helpful. Location is very good, everything in walkable distance. Wifi is very good. We were staying at the Ground Floor room, where there are noises from the drainage system in the building all the time. There is often cigarette smoke smell in the apartment which we have to open the window at all times. ”

“Accommodatie ligt centraal en is makkelijk te bereiken. Voor mensen die niet veeleisend zijn is dit een prima plek om te verblijven. Wij gaan zeker nog een keer terug.”
