I would not choose to stay here again.
Cons: somehow we got a handicap accessible room, maybe I didn’t notice it at booking. Either way, it was the furthest room away from elevators and across from stairs, which is odd choice for accessibility. The water that came out from the sink was white. Front desk said it’s from pressure, either way I wasn’t using it. There was no dresser or real nightstand, and beds were very tight to the wall. With lack of outlets near beds not in use for lamps, my mother had to wedge her cpap machine between bed and wall and flip over a trash can to have someplace to put it. We had to wheel the desk chair into the bathroom to have any place in there to put clothes or shower supplies as there was no place to put anything. The toilet seat was yellow stained and peeling in some places. Where the wand for the shower was supposed to hang was broken so they just draped it over the hand rail, and depending how you held the wand, water leaked out of the top and had next to no water pressure. The tile in the shower was dirty, the carpet was stained. There was a tv that was in the middle of the room, not on a mount of any kind ( the hotel website says it’s on a swivel mount, it was not) making it a challenge to really watch the tv. The breakfast staff was extremely rude. Taking food away as we were actively making a plate. We were told at checkin it ends at 10. As we were getting breakfast the 3rd day at 9:30 we were informed it was only til 10 those days
