“The Stone House, lovingly owned by Mark and Sharon was a step back in time. The stone structure, while I suspect it was built many years ago still had all of the modern conveniences you would want.This well appointed home was set in the mountains and we were able to step out of modern chaos and truly relax. “Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Die Lage in Collinas Verdes ist 8km von Lagos entfernt und ruhig. Die Wohngegend besteht aus einzelnen abgeschotteten Villen und Häuser, welche untereinander nicht einsehbar sind. Nette Nachbarn. Wir wurden den ganzen Urlaub gut betreut, ob es der Vermieter war, welcher immer ein offenes Ohr hatte und gute Tips gab, die Haushälterin Paola, welche täglich zur Reinigung kam, oder Jose der Mann für Alles und für die Poolreinigung. The foosball table provided a night of competitive family fun! We recommend walking through the town although it is quite hilly. We recommend the Carrapateira Museum, exploring the quiet village and the hike to Praia de Bordeira about 20 mins. The Microbar in town had great food and service. “The house was perfect for our family”

“We had an awesome stay in this perfectly furnished and located apartment. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. The bed was comfy. The host had great recommendations for activities and restaurants. The beach is right outside the door with another a short walk ( up and down hills and stairs) away. Right on Vincenta Rota. Town had bakery, markets, restaurants but wasn’t over touristy. We want to move here! The rooftop deck was a great location to eat or hang out. We hope to be back!”
