Highly recommended to stay. The staff is very accommodating with all the requests I made. Locating the main entrance was confusing but I made some suggestions to put a reception sign on main door and the receptionist was very open to the idea. Overall, we loved the room setup and service. Would definitely recommend!

Gorgeous, spacious, tranquil hotel minutes from the main square. Newly renovated. Delicious, home made breakfast each morning on your private patio. A huge kudos to manager Rudina, who provided numerous touring and dining ideas and then reserved them for us. She is extraordinary! A big thanks to Ismail and Maria who were always responsive and welcoming. So grateful for a lovely vacation!

We had a wonderful stay the staff was very helpful and kind. It was the perfect location only a few minute walk from the bus stop and most of the restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying at La Madeleine!

This hotel met all of our expectations and it’s so nicely located in Oia. Walkable to all great restaurants and all famous attraction spots.
What really makes great about this hotel it’s the personal. Rudina , Ismaeel and Maria are the employees that we had interactions the most. And I can’t say enough about their professionalism and help during our stay. People like them make tourists come back and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for great property and great staff. Thank you for having us and making our trip memorable!

This property was AMAZING! It is in an excellent location just steps from the main town area with shops and restaurants,very clean, very modern with beautiful decor. Anna was an exceptional host, always available for anything you could possibly need. I would highly recommend and look forward to coming back!

The rooms were very clean and spacious and well equipped. Anna was fantastic and helped with anything we needed. We were right in the middle of Oia with all the shopping and restaurants, perfect location. We will be back!

This is a boutique hotel with a very good service. It is in the heart of town yet on a quiet street. The rooms are clean and offer everything you need. The breakfast is brought to the room every morning based on selection. Easy access to all attractions. The hotel does not have a restaurant but there are plenty of them around.

The front desk woman was so kind and helpful and efficient. We thought the property was beautiful and breakfast was delicious everyday. And they made us feel special and were kind and understanding even when we accidently locked the street door to our shared space with another room and the other guests could not get out. Whoops!! Absolutely stunning views and excellent help with our luggage and the care given in cleaning our room. Can't wait to come back!!

The property is stunning. Only concerns was it was very difficult to get in and out the door. The lock requires a key to get out of the hotel room.
The city of Oia occasionally has blackouts. We had a blackout during our vacation. It occurred for around 30 mins.

If visiting Santorini you’ll be doing yourself a disservice by not staying here. Location is perfect! You are 0.3 miles from the famous blue domes. So waking up before 8 am to take pictures was doable. No line, quick walk. First class service from beginning to end. Rudina was absolutely amazing!!! She’s so kind and accommodating. Making sure every detail was in place. Rudina reached out to me prior to my arrival to ensure I had transportation or needed anything. We arrived a little early but our room was ready and she allowed us to check in. This is a villa but giving boutique vibes. There are 7 villas total. We stayed in villa 4 which had a private entrance with a beautiful courtyard and breakfast table. We placed our order for breakfast the next morning. It was freshly prepared and delivered, and set up outside at the breakfast table. Going inside the villa there is a queen bed and a beautiful couch. There is a safe and ironing board on the main floor. Bathroom is absolutely stunning water pressure was amazing! Walk upstairs before getting to your private rooftop and you have a beautiful personal pool with 2 lounge chairs and a lot of space to chill. You also have a mini bar and coffee area with a sink. When we come back to Santorini we will stay here again and recommend anyone to stay here.

Petit coin de paradis au centre de Oia
Séjour de 2 nuits parfait au sein de la Madeleine avec notre bébé.
L'équipe a été plus qu’arrangeante sur l’horaire d’arrivée, de départ, un service de bagagerie pour nous aider avec nos multiples sacs…
Il était possible de chauffer les biberons, les petits plats…
Un parking est possible à 5 minutes à pieds à proximité du bureau de poste (en dessous, ne pas s’aventurer au dessus).
L’établissement est en plein centre de Oia mais dans une petite ruelle au calme et à l’abri des regards.
La terrasse est très agréable et la vue sur le Blue dôme magnifique.
Le jacuzzi chauffé hors saison a permis à papa et maman de beaux instants de détente pendant les siestes de bébé.
Le petit déjeuné est copieux, sur mesure et servi avec un magnifique sourire.
Une mention spéciale pour la réceptionniste Rubina qui est l’incarnation de la gentillesse.
Un jolie lieu, loin de l’attrape touriste, qui permet une pause en douceur dans ce lieu touristique.
