"The WORST experience I had with Holiday Inn. In the first night, the A/C didn't work, waited over 30 minutes for the engineer to come. They just checked and told me it was fixed. Do you think the A/C is like human body and it will automatically recover itself??? Then I waited another 30 minutes, the A/C still didn't work. After that, I complained to the supervisor and they gave me another room. The whole thing took me 2 hours, I can't even go to bed at 2am.
On the 2nd night, the A/C in the new room started to get noisy. Then I ask them to come to fixed it. After it was fixed, then there were faeces or rusty water kept leaking really bad in bathroom!!!!!!
Futhermore, the refrigerator is very very very noisy.
On the other hand, the swimming pool water is badly polluted. The operator do not know anything about water chemical.
Last of all, the bed sheet got lots of stains!!!"
"Arrived earlier than standard check in time, room not available yet. Returned later and took quite some time to get my room card. Fitness center was a bit smaller than what I expected but in perfect condition. TV had a minor issue twice during my stay. Staff helped promptly. "
