We came just for a day, as stopover to our final destination and since we are not a resort turists I just can say that staff is polite, beach nice, room great, but food something we were not use to it. We are food lovers and by our experience most of resorts doesn’t shows you real picture of Cuban culinary. So that is not just problem of one resort, it is generally.

The worst of the worse bad service bad conditions have to wait up to 2 hours to check in and to go into the buffet restaurant the wait time is huge.

Temperature on the restaurant was hot and a lot of flies. The staff sometime rude. The swimming pool was contaminated and the second day they closed it. The towels were small and dirty.
