1-The pass keys frequently worked for a few hours or a day and then had to be changed. Wound u9p using 9 different keys. 2- First room had plugged drain in bath and 2 pass keys failed. Were changed to another room. 3- Second room had pass key fail remaining times. 4-Towel rack on bath wall about to fall on someone's head so towels were stacked by wash basin. 5-Tub drained very slowly. 6-TV turned on but no picture. Found TV cable disconnected. 7-First room had clock but second did not. 8-Lever on tub faucet when pulled up would only get about one-half the water to the shower head and the rest continued to go into tub. 9-Front door sagging in frame with 1/2 inch gap at top and 1/2 inch gap on lower jamb. This meant to open door when green light came on it was necessary to struggle to pull door upward because latch was not properly aligned with the latch plate. Difficult job for an older person. 10-Outside of room we could see many places where TLC was needed.
