「Great location and accommodations for 4 adult-sized people. We brought our queen-sized inflatable mattress for the younger 2, and found decent floor space for that. The bathroom/shower are separated from the vanity, so getting people showered and ready was easy. The location was amazing and within a couple minute walk to Capitola Beach, Zelda’s, Pizza My Heart, Margaritaville and Polar Bear Ice Cream! Good parking for 1 car too. I hope we’ll be back soon!」

「We really enjoyed staying here! Being central to all things in Capitola is incredibly lovely and made our trip better. We encountered a few hiccups here and there and the property management team was responsive and prompt in their help provided. 「We enjoyed our location, and the permit for parking, the fans, kitchen, tvs, towels and linen, and comfortable beds. It would be good to have information up front about the showers (one doesn’t work and the other takes forever to get hot, at a counter intuitive faucet position, only told to us after trying to reach an ONeil rep and waiting to hear back). Also, we never got hot water in the kitchen sink. The internet connection went out, so that affected tv Netflix one day. Not sure if that’s...

Communication was excellent and prompt. The owners were in the main house on the property but we wouldn’t have known it- lots of privacy and a gated driveway for parking. We hope to stay again!」

Neighborhood is quiet and it's peaceful enough to sleep with the windows open to enjoy the sea air. The large dining table was enjoyed for every family meal and the home comfortably slept our three generations. 「The location was a 8-minute walk to the boardwalk which was nice, the bed, wifi and TV were fine. The pool was indoors, filled with screaming children and honestly looked pretty gross. The lobby appeared to be in state of remodeling and was closed at night, so there was no access to the lobby bathroom. The sign to the motel was covered in cobwebs. The outdoor seating area was in the parking lot or on the street. We were only there for one night and didn't spend much time at the motel so overall...
