“We enjoyed our location, and the permit for parking, the fans, kitchen, tvs, towels and linen, and comfortable beds. It would be good to have information up front about the showers (one doesn’t work and the other takes forever to get hot, at a counter intuitive faucet position, only told to us after trying to reach an ONeil rep and waiting to hear back). Also, we never got hot water in the kitchen sink. The internet connection went out, so that affected tv Netflix one day. Not sure if that’s……

“The best thing about this place is that it is wheelchair accessible which is what I needed for my husband. The master bedroom is amazingly spacious as is the living room and kitchen. Easy walk to the village. ”

“Really cute condo that is walking distance to all of the shops and the Capitola beach! You won't have to look for parking you can walk to everything and it is super close! You can actually see the shops from the unit's windows. The place was very clean and stocked fairly well with all of the basics you would need. We had four of us staying there and it was very spacious. The only drawback is the parking garage is very tight and tricky to park in, but we managed it. And only one parking spot, any……

“We had a great stay in Capitola at this apartment. I brought my teenager and her friends for a birthday weekend and we all had a great time! There was enough space for everyone and it was very clean and comfortable. The apartment is in the perfect location to enjoy the shops, restaurants, and the beach! Parking was a little tricky on a busy weekend, but the parking permit and map provided helped. We would definitely stay here again! ”

“What a perfect location right in Capitola Village! Step right outside the door and you are at restaurants, shops, and the beach. Our teen/adult kids could go out on thier own to the arcade and grab boba, pizza, etc. The house was clean and comfortable and stocked with the basics. The grocery store is just up the road a bit for everything else. The best part is a parking space! Parking is premium in Capitola. We would definitely return again.”
