Nestled within the exclusive Carpinteria Shores complex, this modern, luxurious, and cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo is your dream vacation destination. With a maximum occupancy of 4, it's perfect for intimate getaways or vacations with small family and friends. The master bedroom has a California King bed, and the second bedroom has a queen.

Wake up to the soothing sounds of the Pacific Ocean and enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony, boasting 180-degree views of the pristine coastline. As the day unfolds, the balcony becomes the perfect vantage point for Carpinteria's breathtaking sunsets.
The condo is equipped with a host of amenities for your convenience. From the community BBQ grills with picnic tables and umbrellas – ideal for an evening cookout – to the dedicated parking space ensuring hassle-free commutes, every aspect of your stay has been considered.

Adventure is just steps away. At low tide, take a leisurely walk to the Jelly Bowl and marvel at sea creatures in the natural tide pools. For the more adventurous, paddleboard to the entrance of the salt marsh at high tide and witness the mesmerizing sight of tiger sharks gracefully swimming in and out of the marsh. Nature enthusiasts will love the hike to the seal rookery, offering a unique opportunity to observe these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat.

When it's time to indulge, downtown Carpinteria awaits. A short walk from the condo, the town offers a plethora of shopping and dining options, ensuring your palate is always pleased.

The community offers gated reserved parking for one car, an elevator, luggage carts, and beach access.

*Winter Sand Berm: The construction of the city's winter sand berm is a strategic measure, informed by the annual tidal patterns influenced by celestial alignments. The timing of the berm's erection is determined by the specific positioning of the Earth relative to the sun and the moon, resulting in typical installation periods from early December through early to mid-March. However, these dates are subject to variation due to the dynamic nature of lunar and solar cycles, rather than arbitrary human decision-making.

For instance, historical data indicates that the berm was dismantled on March 10th, 2021, and on March 2nd in 2020. These dates exemplify the adaptation to the annual celestial shifts.

Beyond its functional purpose, the sand berm offers unique recreational opportunities. Visitors can traverse its height to enjoy an enhanced perspective of the surroundings or utilize it as an elevated seating area by placing beach chairs atop it. This year, the construction of the sand berm is scheduled for November 29th, 2023, aligning with the predicted celestial and tidal conditions.

We are excited to announce Southwest Airlines has daily direct flights from Sacrament to Santa Barbara starting June 5th, 2022. You can Uber from the airport to Carpinteria. Once you are in Carpinteria a car is not needed. Almost everything you need is within walking distance and you can have your groceries delivered with popular delivery apps available online.

Perfect spot for a getaway
Loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and sea lions. Condo is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The beach is your backyard. Great place to stay.

Great apartment. Great location.
Property is as describes. Property manager didn’t answer all my questions, but the property is exactly as described and you can’t beat the location. The owners have created a very comfortable and functional space for them and their guests. We loved it. Beach access is superb. We wish we would have known that board games, shower toiletries, etc were provided. Those little amenities are appreciated, but the strict guidelines from property manager make it sound like none of that is provided. In a nutshell. I give the owner a 5+ rating and the management company a 4. Having said that, the management company was very thorough and professional in their communications with regard to entry, arrival, and community rules/expectations. It's a very family friendly location, but not limited to families at all. I can easily imagine my wife and I enjoying time there with adult friends too.

Terrible first day and night
Spent the first night in a beach house where the door would not lock. Felt incredibly unsafe with my 3 children. The next day I had to spend my morning in the beach house (instead of w my family on the beach) while the door was repaired. Internet was down entire trip was told on 2 occasions the internet provider was going to stop by to repair and he never showed. Again, spent 2 hours on my day waiting for the internet repair man only for him to never show.

Delightful Memorial Day Weekend
Location can't be beat! The condo was clean with easy beach access. Linden street was buzzing with people and just a stones throw from the condo. Overall a fantastic weekend getaway with a very easy check-in / check-out system. Highly reccommend.

Loved our views! Rain or shine it’s amazing. Only thing I would suggest is blackout curtain in rooms (outside hall light shines in window making it bright all night ) I need it dark to sleep so didn’t get good night sleep
