“Room were very clean. Sofa in the living room is showing age and needs deep cleaning. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall, it is a well maintained property. Staff was very courteous and worked very hard to look after all our needs.”

“My stay with Michael and his family was wonderful. They accommodated my late arrival graciously and made me feel at home, even though I'd clearly woken Dennis up with my lateness. Breakfast was delicious and they gave good recommendations for Jaipur. The rooftop is a beautiful place to sit and enjoy a meal. Great place to stop over for a night before or after travel. ”

“Ok positive and negative. Positive first. Hotel is nice and convenient to Patrika Gate. The lobby and dining area are clean and comfortable. The room was quiet and appointed nice enough. The bed slept comfortable which is important to me. Breakfast was tasty and they even make omelets and half fry (over easy). Now the negative. There was only one point to the negative and it happened the 2nd night. There were tiny ants that got into the room. They went after a package of fruit cake that I had……

“Seems like it was great hotel 10-15 years ago. I don't have any complaints for cleanliness or service because even though they were not extraordinary, they were decent and as expected. Something that bothered me were the rooms and furnishings. The room's design style was morden but seems liked it had aged a lot. Fern needs to invest in mordenizing the hotel when they are charging upscale prices for their rooms. ”
