Great stay !
We were in Queen Creek for an event (20 minutes away) and are so glad we found this property we stayed over an additional day ! I only wish we were able to stay longer but we had a fantastic weekend and it was wonderful to have this beautiful house to “come home” to at the end of each day ! So many things to do in the area that we just didn’t have enough time to take advantage of but we’re planning another trip and plan on staying at this property again !

Hot tub is not at the house, maybe I misunderstood the listing. Check-in process was a bit frustrating - never received the key code (booked 2 days before and it is sent out 3 days before), but the property manager was very helpful via phone.

We stayed at this house while we were waiting to close on our new house. It was extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Beautiful backyard with a view of the golf course. We had access to the community pool, which was nice. I would definitely recommend this house if you are looking for a place to stay in the San Tan Valley area.

The property was nice. Only complaint was the garbage can outside was full and the previous renters did not put it out for pick up on garbage day because that was the afternoon we arrived. Other than that it was a nice stay.

This was a lovely well appointed home in a lovely neighborhood. We loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the sunny mornings. Very quiet area but close to the convention we were attending and close to shopping and restaurants. We will come back if we do this again. Thanks so much!

Enjoyable accommodations
We enjoyed the smaller tv room where there was ample lighting for reading. The backyard was nice size so we could move our chairs to be in the sun (the weather was very cool when we were there). Comfortable king size bed. Neighbors were friendly. A little more cleaning on checkout than I am used to with Vrbo.

Great Teamwork
This stay was a perfect example of a property management company swooping in for the win. The heat to our house was not functioning. After a tech came to assess it, it was unfixable without ordering parts. After some time and hard work by the property managers, we were relocated to a wonderful home. The owner of the home even met us and turned on the heat for us! ((Real shout of to the homeowner. He was hospitable, kind, and a genuinely nice man.)) The rest of the stay was seamless and we slept warm and cozy!

Needed a place while we closed on our house and this rental was just what we needed. The location was convenient to eateries and shopping, plus it was located on the golf course and was a great backdrop to the quiet mornings. Thankful we were able to maintain a home life during our home transition.

Nice house, poor cleaning
Very nice house with great layout. Items were included that made stay convenient/comfortable/homelike (eg extensive kitchen items, nice home furniture in each room). Downside was evidence of long time gap between my stay and prior tenant due to dead insects and random material left in places as well as minimal cleaning (dirt/dust/etc under furniture, dirty washcloths on counter, kitchen counter was not well cleaned, some kitchen utensils appeared dirty). Some confusion on check-in: early registration phone discussion hinted at live person to be at the house for check-in, email should highlight/bold the fact that no person will be at the house and that key is in lockbox. However, I would rent gain or recommend this vrbo-house to friends.
