「Lack of amenities such as shower cap, tissue box, the basic amenities provided in a hotel. Also the lack of standards implemented in the pool. People were swimming in their denim shorts and wearing t-shirts. None of the people using the pool had proper swimwear attire. They were in the pool with their casual outdoor clothes like jersey shorts and casual tops. Definitely not swimwear attire. Same was true with people hanging out in the lobby in their pajamas for the included breakfast. ...

「Poor sanitation, smelly room like urine, very poor service. Blanket is a flimsy bedsheet, towels are beach towels...wirh big yellow stripes. Nobody listened to my concerns. I checked out instead even though i knew I wouldn't get a refund for my second night. Microtel by Wyndham in San Fernando is the best. I stayed there for 4 days and highly recommended. 」

「Although surprising that we were the only guests checked in, the entire property was still fully prepared to receive us - we were warmly greeted at the entrance, check-in was quick and easy, and we were given a chance to choose which room to take. Sadly, we were only checked in for 1 night but we enjoyed the entire visit. Breakfast was promptly served at 9 AM (you can choose whether to have it in the dining area or balcony - we chose dining room) and was enough for 2 of us. Staff were present...

「房間的冷氣設備太差，較大冷氣就好嘈，較細冷氣就唔夠涼。房間好多螞蟻。早餐就不過不失，不能說好。唯一優點就是在機場隔離，方便揸完小型飛機就可番酒店房。酒店門前有3個車位，幸好我們是第3架，多一架都無位。」

「It was late night reservations and I am very tired. I called the attendant before arriving at the hotel and he was able to confirm my booking and assign a room. Check-in was fast. Property is secured. Theres a starbucks around the corner and McDonald's beside it. There are a lot of restaurants around the area. Vista Mall is also in front of the main street.」
