“We had a great stay! The location was perfect and we felt very safe in the area. We were arriving from the airport and really appreciated the snacks that were available; it was a nice touch when we were pressed for time and feeling hungry. Check-in was smooth and easy, and having onsite parking was a huge plus. The queen bed was a bit squeaky, which was a little distracting, and we did notice a distinct smell in the house that could have been addressed. A bit more cleaning would have made our……

“We enjoyed our stay and the house was great. Perfect for families wanting to spend some time at Disneyland. It was close proximity to the park but you have to walk more then a 1/2 mile to get to the park due to roads and accessible sidewalks. The house was clean but there were some maintenance items that we would like to have taken care of before we arrived. Otherwise, I would recommend this property to anyone who is planning a trip to California. ”

“One of our favorite rentals we’ve stayed at. This home has it all. Comfortable beds (which is always top of my list), kitchen was very well equipped with quality tools, appliances and dishes etc., good location, safe neighborhood, loved the pool and hot tub. Very responsive to any of our questions or concerns. Loved all the attention to detail, like shampoo and soap in all bathrooms and kitchen, laundry and dish soap. Everything felt clean and up to date. Lots of room to relax or play……

“This property was a great find! The home was clean, the neighborhood was quiet and the short walking distance to Disney was perfect. The wood flooring is creaky, which was not a problem for us, but if you've had no experience with wood flooring it can be disruptive, especially to light sleepers. There was plenty of space for 7 of us. The beds were comfy but the top bunks were a bit creaky and were only supported by wood slats, which put fear in the heart of those who chose to sleep below! ……

“We have been coming to Newport every summer and renting a beach house for about 15 years. This house was one of our favorites. The location is perfect, views are amazing, there is plenty of space for a large family and the house had almost everything we needed. BUT this was definitely the dirtiest home we’ve ever rented. The first day we contacted the property manager and they sent someone the next day to clean the floors again. But it’s very clear these floors are probably never cleaned……

“Good location. Very nice clean house. We loved the pool and spa. Our only issue was check out, we left and tried locking up 4 minutes late and were no longer able to use code. Advice, leave early to avoid this issue. ”
