「The receptionist working the front desk in the evening seem to be out of touch with guest. I asked a question regarding a tour and she seemed bothered to help. Other than that everyone was really nice. Place is beautiful ! 」

「My stay here was amazing! It was so photo worthy! It included parking which is great cause many hotels don’t have that in the city. Super clean and very friendly staff! I loved the location a lot of coffee shops and places to eat around and also photo worthy! Right in front of a beautiful church! Felt super safe was out until 11:00 pm walking around and eating. Love this place would return! 」

「Nice small property but we experienced issues with air conditioning it was dripping at middle of the night, they sent a repair man, then it was very noisy, the split unit it is set up by the bed at least in our room, the living- kitchen area has no air only a portable fan. Also our tv control was not working properly to turn off the television you needed to get up from bed and manually turn it off. ( this was our second TV control) Location is about 7 blocks from Zocalo, we felt safe, also...
