The rooms were filthy. The floors were so dirty that the minute you walked on them, your feet were black. The showers had mold on the walls and very outdated. There were constant noises that kept us up at night. Every time you flushed the toilet, there would be a really loud noise. Beds super loud any time you moved around and bedding was stained.

I was initially pleased with this hotel based on the location (convenient, safe) and the size of the room (basically a small 1 bd apartment). As we settled in, however, I realized that it wasn’t very clean (floors were greasy, counter was sticky, walls visibly dirty). There were a few inconveniences as well, like the complete lack of anything that would have made the full kitchen useful. Not a single piece of silverware, plates, or anything to cook with. I had hoped to use the kitchen for some meals, but we couldn’t have even heated water. The shower had an adjustable head, but it was broken and dribbled half of the water coming out. Finally, there was a really cute little deck looking over a wooded creek, but the space was full of trash (not sure the hotel could do anything about that) and the light on the deck was REALLY bright and stayed on all night. The switch didn’t work, and the door to the deck was glass, so the light shone directly into my bed all night. The curtains were also broken and didn’t stay closed either. After the first night, I asked at the front desk if they could turn the light off. They seemed concerned that the switch didn’t work and said they’d take care of it, but It was still on when we returned late that night. Also, we also weren’t allowed to leave our bags behind the desk after checkout so we wouldn’t have to take them to go eat. All of that said, it was cheap and had clean sheets and towels.

When we booked online, the pictures was totally different when we checked in. We remove the sheets to see if they’re clean, but there were a lot hair, stains, and the pillows were not clean and dirty with black spots. The property was very smaller than was described overall I will give zero for condition and two for the area. I would not recommend anyone to reserve this property.

Honest Review: I was grateful they let me check in hours early. I probably paid the price because the room I was in, had a broken bed and dirty carpet floors. The pillows had black stains on them and so did my bed sheets. I paid for two nights Thursday and Friday. Friday morning, the cleaning person walked in on me when I was asleep and also the property manager walked in on me a few hours later. No Knocking or warning at all. I ended up moving rooms due to the bed getting worse each time I laid down. I was offered to move rooms, but I did not want the hassle of moving rooms so at first, I said no then I decided to move. When I got to my next room it felt way cleaner until I went to the refrigerator, there was a drink from Dutch Bros which looked like it has been in there for days.

The first things we noticed walking into the room were the strong smell of bleach and the stained carpets. We had to open the windows and prop open the door to get some clean air inside. We finally closed everything up once the temperature began dropping, only to find that the heater did not work! It got into the 40's that night. Needless to say, we did not get a lot of sleep due to the cold temps inside the room. The room was very outdated and felt dirty. A new carpet would go a long way!

From Check-in to Check-out, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was cleaner than the room I stayed at in a luxury hotel in Vegas. I travel here for work weekly and Im definitely going to keep booking this hotel. Lots of parking and its quiet.

It’s okay
The hotel was clean. My biggest complaint is that the walls were paper thin. You can hear everything so it was really hard to sleep. I wanted to check in at 2:45, but no one was there and no one answered the phone. It’s a good value if you are low maintenance and a heavy sleeper.
