Booking this reservation through expedia, i was comfortable with the reservation, but upon arriving i wasn't expecting that the receptionist would be so blunt and dry explaining that all the a/c units of the entire property were out of service. They never notified me about this issue, even after i placed the reservation, they couldn't call or email me to let me know about this. I'm a hot person, who doesn't need a/c on a sunny day? After canceling this reservation, i had to find a new reservation for a new hotel, i asked the receptionist if i could use their wifi, and was very rude about that as well, stating they are not allowed to give out the wifi to non staying guest. Well i was a staying guest 5 minutes ago, what's the difference? Very disappointing to go through this, especially on my wife's birthday weekend.
