“Beau grand appartement, très bien équipé et bien meublé. La situation est parfaite pour rayonner et découvrir les beaux villages avoisinants. Le propriétaire est vraiment très recevant, disponible et discret. Nous saluons sa famille que nous avons eu le bonheur de rencontrer. Finalement, un autre point fort la vue du balcon est spectaculaire!!!”

The apartment was very comfortable, the patio was lovely, the lighting was very good, the kitchen was well-equipped, communication with management was prompt and effective. We took their advice about getting monthly parking and were glad that we did. Note: it's a walk up 2 flights, which was fine with us, the silverware/pots and overall could have been cleaner. A neighbor's TV could be heard in the breakfast nook and kitchen, but the apartment was otherwise quiet.”

Les deux espaces de vie sont appréciés, notamment par les enfants , adolescent et jeunes adultes qui ont ainsi pu trouver leur indépendance. La piscine est très agréable les jours de forte chaleur . Il y a différents espaces de vie où chacun peut trouver un endroit calme et reposant . L’hôte répond dans un délai très rapide a toutes……

Excellent restaurant, Il Rientro in the village of Collemancio and pizzeria in Limione. Large grocery store in Cannara. Go to Bevagna for the best fresh pasta, bakery alimentari and a variety of delicious restaurants. The entire area is full of history. “Our stay at the Barbacane was lovely. It's pretty close to Spoleto, though a somewhat winding road. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the bed is wonderfully comfortable. We had a very nice time there! ”

But this house is so great we could stayed and cooked and enjoyed ourselves just as much. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we were able to prepare a nice big dinner for all of us. “Lovely outlook and very nice house. Description a bit misleading - there are not 2 bathrooms, there is 1 bathroom and a cloakroom. There is no restaurant/ bar in the village, it closed 2 years ago. The bikes were locked away. I had to ask for access details and they were sent late. No signal on the TV for most of our stay. All small things on their own, but not when added up. Great views & a nice house, but detail needs updating, we probably wouldn’t have booked had we realised there wasn’t a……

“Beautiful courtyards and property. Need a car. Living space/kitchen not big enough for 8 adults. We ate two lovely meals at the little restaurant. Kitchen could be better equipped as not enough glasses etc. Great staff very helpful”
