Great place to stay if you like to go to the beack
This was our third trip to PR. Our previous trips, we stayed in condos, in Fajardo. We decided to try something different. It was MUCH BETTER staying in an apartment in a neighborhood. We parked about 10 feet from our door so going somewhere was a snap, no waiting for an elevator then walking across the lobby and parking lot, we just went out the door and we were at the car. The beach was a 5-minute walk from the apartment, and we went almost every day. There is a bakery about a block from the apartment we visited 5 or 6 times during our stay. There is a lady across the road from the apartment that sells Pina Coladas that are tasty. There is a convivence store that has just about anything you need just across the HI way from the apartment. They have a great outdoor kitchen and gathering area behind the building and we spent on day there just watching TV and relaxing. This was so much better than staying in a hi rise condo and we will do it again.

Base Camp for Beaches
House was clean and the yard was great, there was a backdoor cabana with dining table/chairs and stuffed chairs, even lawn games and weight bench with weights. Owners nicely consented to communicate via text after email connection issues in PR, (mysterious page timeouts on cellphone, I couldn't access my email, this had nothing to do with this property). Air conditioning worked great, shower had hot water, we did a load of laundry. Small dead end street that ends at a beach, you can walk to the pubic beach and its 41 kiosks, we ate two fine dinners there. Parking for 2 cars per unit inside gated fence is nice, as there are people working on cars in the street close by. Two houses down is a lady who makes empanadas and other dishes she sells from a table in her garage around 6 pm every night - delicious.
