Best BEACHFRONT house w/ full staff
Beachfront house in residential area of San Juan del Sur.
It is the perfect place as you get to enjoy the best of both worlds.
On the one hand, the accommodation is right in front of the beach where you get to enjoy its peacefulness and beauty. (It is also the cleanest area of the beach, and the best place to get a bath)
On the other hand, it is only minutes away (walking distance) from the town and all of its restaurants, entertainment, shopping and nightlife.
The house has four rooms and all the amenities necessary.

-TVs in every room
-Maid Service
-Night Guard
-Power plant (in case the power of San Juan goes off, the plant turns on in 30 seconds and brings up the entire house including the AC)
You also get to enjoy a ping pong table and boogie boards :)

Good stay with great views.
House is in a nice part of SJDS with easy access by most cars. House has a great layout with 4 large bedrooms each having their own bathroom, AC unit and a great outdoor patio and pool area with lots of chairs and outdoor furniture. Views from home has beautiful sunsets and the view of the Cristo.
The negative issues of the home is that the kitchen is outdated, but useable. The living/dining room areas did not have an AC unit and living areas were always very hot. I had to request a floor fan to help cool us down. We couldn’t keep the patio doors open due to the large amount of mosquitoes and flies that would come into the house since the windows didn’t have any window screens which would have easily solved the bug problem. The number of flies and mosquitoes were pretty bad and very annoying while cooking and eating.
The other drawback was that you could hear the music from the nearby bars/clubs into the night. Some nights the booms were so loud we didn’t get much sleep well into the wee hours of the night.
The beach area right outside the home was littered with garbage and wood debris which was disappointing to see. The amount of money being charged for the home does not justify what you get in return.
