“Kitchen, laundry, snacks machine are all there, very convenient. i like the big fridge in the room. Safe and quiet place to stay there.”

“Like the other reviewer said, it's really a tale of two halves: the pre-arrival communication was lacking but the property itself was super. After making the reservation I got an email and text asking me to complete a Move In form. I had a question about the form, emailed the contact and got an immediate answer back. So far so good, but then I emailed the form back to the contact and nothing. The next day I got another email and text asking for the form so I tried again and still nothing.……

"Please refund the $50 processing fee that I haven’t collected yet. The service for picking up from the airport needs to be more thorough. I made two calls, but the first call was hung up, and the second call said the service had been cancelled. The service to the airport was very good. IN GOD WE TRUST "

"This is a rubbish hotel! Checking in at 12:45pm requires an additional $30 check-in fee, which is a disguised extortion of money from travelers! I have never encountered such a rubbish hotel! This is unacceptable! Because I have already booked and cannot cancel, the female service staff at the front desk is indifferent and nasty! The elevator cannot directly reach the underground parking garage! In order to squeeze the money of travelers in disguise, the front staff was asked to enter the garage to pick up the car. Travelers don’t like others driving their own vehicles! I will never stay in this rubbish hotel again!"
