“The only issue I had was the paperwork and communication was annoying. I had to fill out two different forms with basically the same information. I got 27 emails from booking to checkout. That was excessive. The place itself was fine. Easy walk to the restaurants and stuff.”

“Kitchen, laundry, snacks machine are all there, very convenient. i like the big fridge in the room. Safe and quiet place to stay there.”

"Please refund the $50 processing fee that I haven’t collected yet. The service for picking up from the airport needs to be more thorough. "This is a rubbish hotel! Checking in at 12:45pm requires an additional $30 check-in fee, which is a disguised extortion of money from travelers! I have never encountered such a rubbish hotel! This is unacceptable! Because I have already booked and cannot cancel, the female service staff at the front desk is indifferent and nasty! The elevator cannot directly reach the underground parking garage! In order to squeeze the money of travelers in disguise, the front staff was asked to enter the garage to pick up the car. Travelers don’t like others driving their own vehicles! I will never stay in this rubbish hotel again!"
