The hotel and the room were beautiful. The rooms were clean and well-appointed. However, considering the calibre of hotel this was supposed to be there were some disappointments. When we got to our room we learned that the USB ports and outlets at the desk and on one side of the bedroom did not work. We can to call for a technician. It took him a while to get there, but he was able to fix. When we went to the lobby bar for HH, we ordered our drinks at the bar. When the bill came, the bartender told us that the HH hour prices where for guests not seated at the bar who had a server wait on them. WTH? Never heard that one before. There is no self-parking at this hotel. It is all valet @ $50/night. Public parking garages around run about $25/night if you are up for schlepping your bags from the parking garage to the hotel. One relatively minor but still irksome thing for me is that the water bottle refill station in the lobby did not work the whole time we were there. And finally, the TV was annoying because there was no guide channel and no hard copy guide in the room. We could have dealt with it except that the channel listed on the Info of the TV screen did not align with the actual channel. We called and they said that can't fix that, it is just how it is. I just expected more.
