Great location, just next to SJO airport (so airplanes flying by on top, but not during the night) and supermarket, with gated parking lot. Owner is friendly and easy to communicate. 2BR with small equipped kitchen and living room.

Nous avons adoré débuter notre séjour au Costa Rica à cet emplacement! Logement très propre et disposant d’un bel espace commun sur la terrasse. Hôte disponible et qui répond rapidement. Rassurant d’avoir une personne fiable pour venir nous chercher à l’aéroport. A la fin de notre séjour, il nous a aussi reconduit au point de pick-up pour le shuttle et a attendu avec nous pour être certain que tout était correct vu le retard de l’autobus. Edward a été notre chauffeur et guide pour une superbe journée à explorer les sites dans la région qui valent vraiment la peine d’être visités!

Edward is fantastic. All the reviews are accurate, it is loud because it's near the airport, but Edward communicates well and picked us up from the bus station for a fee. A much better option than a taxi or Uber. A good place to stay if you need to catch an early flight the next day.

We received an excellent service from Edward. Understandably, being so close to the airport, the noise from planes landing and taking off was loud but besides this, the place was perfect. We definitely recommend Edward and familia for short term stays.

It was perfect for a one night stay before we flew out of San Jose. For a couple of extra dollars they provided a transaction shuttle to the airport. The owner was super nice. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend staying here.

Very nice, clean, two-bedroom apartment located within 2 miles of airport. Edward was great at communicating and answering questions. Beds were very comfortable. Secure parking. Only downside was the noise at night from the street.

Great location within 2 miles of SJO airport. Very cute, clean apartment with secure parking. Very comfortable beds, nice hot water. Edward was very communicative and helped answer all of our questions. The only downside was it was very noisy at night with street noises.

Such a lovely start to our vacation in Costa Rica. Edward picked us up, helped us find a healthy takeout meal and took us back to a lovely little apartment that was perfect for getting our bearings before heading to the coast. So close to the airport, no need to navigate San Jose. Great start to the trip!

Great airport hotel for a family!
Great hotel! Our family of 5 had all the space we needed in the apartment, plus having a kitchen was a plus. It was super clean and had amazing hot water. The a/c in the bedrooms was great and there was a fan in the living room. It’s within easy walking distance of several rental car places (including Adobe, which we used), several grocery stores, and multiple restaurants. We ate at Cevicheria Costa Rica which doesn’t look like much, but the food was great. The owner of the hotel was super friendly and helpful. He even drove us to the airport at 5:30am for a small additional fee. The airport is only 5 minutes away. You might want earplugs because the planes are loud, but that’s not a surprise. Highly recommend!

Edward and Familia Inn was a great place to stay. Edward is the most gracious of hosts transporting to and from the airport and taking us on an excursion to the Starbucks coffee plantation. The apartment was spotless, the beds were comfortable and the amenities were great.

Last Night in Costa Rica, Excellent Stay!!!
This was our last night in Costa Rica. Rather than drive in (about 3+ hours), we opted to stay near the rental car/airport. On arrival, we were greeted by the owner/host. We were granted parking inside the gate, which made us feel welcome and safe. We were completely satisfied with our room. Although it had 2 separate rooms, each with their own bed and air conditioning, we only needed the one room, and loved the space. It was so convenient to a market (right across the street) and places to eat, within walking distance. The host even has an excellent manual for locations within the area, as well as breakfast or transportation, if needed. We filled up our rental car gas the night we arrived (1.4km away), slept well, and arose early, and had no problems returning our rental car (1.7km away). The location was so convenient and served us extremely well. The host was gracious and friendly and provided us an excellent last night stay for our trip. Don't miss out on the convenience, hospitality, and coziness of this stay!!!
