“This property was in a great location. Easy access to thoroughfares to shopping and freeways. Was very clean and updated. If there was anything that could’ve been improved it would be somewhere to unload our suitcases or dressers to put our clothes. Hooks for towels would be handy. We would consider this property again. We frequently visit Modesto after moving to Alaska 23 years ago to see friends and family. ”

“This property is everything as advertised and more! It is clean, comfortable, peaceful, and has everything you could need or want. The deer and elk right outside the windows were definitely a bonus for us city folks. Steven is the perfect host who guarantees a perfect stay from checking in to checking out. We will definitely be back. ”

“We had to visit Fresno for a fieldwork project for work, which required us to travel to surrounding cities. This was such an amazing home to return to after a full day's work. It felt way better than a 5-star hotel. I appreciate the no shoes inside the house rule because it made me feel at home. “This property was perfect for our needs. We chose the location because of familiarity to restaurants and shopping. Our reservation started immediately with a prompt contact by owner Patrick. He responded promptly in a timely matter the few times I contacted him. The property was very clean and was very quiet during our entire stay. Parking was plentiful and very close to the unit in an adjacent and free parking lot. The 2 queen bedrooms downstairs was perfect for our needs. The gated yard front……

“Very clean. Decent amenities. Comfortable beds. The neighbors dogs get let out at 10:30pm to go potty and then again at 7:30am! (Didn't bother us at all.) FireTV - bring your passwords and don't forget to log out when you leave; no media devices (like DVD). Second bath has a step in tub/shower that needs a handle to help with getting in and out. Garage opening is about 6'6"; our 2021 Yukon fit with 2 inches to spare. Previous users left paper plates and ground coffee much to our delite. My wife……
