Location is good and relatively cheaper in downtown SF. It is old building, facility, bed and things are old but we could accept that since it its cheaper. Just consider it might have flea that our daughter got bitten, the rest are fine with us.
The property is convenient. I WILL NEVER come back here again. The elevator permit was expired for over a month and it allows rattles when going up and down. Bath water knob break off easily and tub floor doesnt look clean. Heater smells weird. Hair and grime everywhere. Would not recommend anyone to come regardless if it cheap.

The room was extremely dirty. And the windows wouldn’t close properly letting all the very loud noise from outside all night long. There were people yelling and laughing in the street well past 2:00am. I actually left mid stay because the conditions were so poor, and was not given a refund for the days I was not staying. I travel to SF for work quite frequently and I will never stay at this property again.

No hot water in the shower and water pressure was too light. Ironing board was broken. We made reservations for two nights. We brought up our concerns to the staff on the first night and the staff could not give us another room with two Queen beds. They did gave us the key to use another shower in another room in the other side of the floor. We have two minor children with us and we were not comfortable having to go across the floor to use the Shower. In the morning we addressed our concerns again to the front desk manager, and told her it just wasn’t working out and we would like to checkout if she could refund us payment for the second night. She claimed she could not do that, since we booked through Expedia. She said that she could only refund back 20 percent. She did not offer to put us in another room with two Queen beds and working shower. It felt like she was making excuses for not being able to give us back our money, even though we checked out in the morning and didn’t even stay the second night. The manager did it even offer to make things right.
We are very disappointed, we will not be back.
