Welcome to our recently renovated house in San Mateo, offering comfortable accommodations. This property boasts amenities like a patio, free private parking, and complimentary WiFi. Conveniently located just 19 miles from San Francisco City Hall and the Moscone Center, with San Francisco International Airport a mere 4.3 miles away.
Our house features a terrace with tranquil street views and a spacious 9000SQFT backyard, complete with an outdoor dining setting. Inside, you'll discover a flat-screen TV, a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, and fridge. The bathroom includes a hot tub and slippers, and there's even a fireplace for added coziness.
Please note that this is the front unit of a duplex, and guests share the backyard and laundry facilities with the back unit.

Overall, clean and bed very comfy. Would expect a toaster a Kuerig maker as basics but not there. Tv remote didnt work but owner fixed problem next day with new remote.Most kitchen outlets had no power. Question id circuits overloaded since dimming lights when used electric outlets. Laundry room light not functioning. Front yard grass high and very neglected. Most electric
