We booked a room with a king bed and 2 bunk beds, got to the hotel and they said they were sold out. The reason being it’s a holiday weekend. Offered us a room with 2 queen beds which won’t fit us (party of 5) and didn’t even apologize for their mistake.

I did like the upgrade from a queen bed to a king bed but that was only because the queen bed rooms were not ready. I also wanted to point out that there were Roches at least two of them were seen running from corner to corner of the bedroom. Nothing special, modern or unique about the hotel. But it was clean and beds were clean as well. Carpet, on the other hand, were very dirty. Clean beds and bathroom. Style of room and bathroom were an older style, flat bedding and dim lighting. Overall good stay for just needing a place to lay our heads at night.

We arrived at the property extremely tired and stressed out after traveling with a newborn baby. I had to wait for 20 minutes to check in because the guy at the counter was having a long, slow, casual conversation with the guy checking in before me. He could see that I was waiting and they had a long ranging conversation on a variety of topics. Just let me check in and then you can talk all night for all I care.

The only thing good about this property is the staff, they were very nice, everything else was just wrong, from how dirty the room was (bugs, stained couch, mildew smell, barely hot water and no reception for the TV) to watching toddlers in diapers enjoying the spa. Would never stay here again.

This is a very old maintained hotel. Room was non-smoking, but it definitely smelled like a smoking room.

This hotel was disgusting, sketchy people in the parking lot and pool/ hot tub was dark and couldn't use it. 1- our room was awful, old and outdated, sticky doors and floor. Bed had a sheet for a comforter with stains. No door separating the bunks from the king bed. 2- empty zip lock bags with residue in one of the drawers 3- parking was terrible 4- smoke detector chirped all night. We took it down and took the batteries out of it 5- The whole room was absolutely diacusting, didnt want to walk around without my shoes. 6- was promised free water bottles for the room, there was not 1 7- requested 3 rooms near our friends, we were all spread apart. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I would have rather slept in my car.

Rooms were not clean when we arrived. Our room smelled like weed right as you walked in. We stayed there 4 nights, not once did room service come by to get our trash or change our sheets. I am not sure why they charge for parking when their lot is not actually secured. Whatever you pay a night, just add $15 to it for parking.
