A total nightmare. Our stay was 8 days, we were visiting family in the near by area so we only slept and showered there. I noticed the ac was so close to one of the beds I had to create a barrier with pillows so it wasn’t hitting me and my toddler directly in the face while we slept. The third night however was the worst. We had came back from a long day of family activities and planned on showering before bed. When my sister opened the bathroom door there was a huge cockroach next to the shower head, not only was it looking to get back behind the shower head but there was another one in there and who knows how big that one was or how many more there were in between the walls. I called the front desk immediately and told them about the situation and was asked if I would like to move rooms that same night or in the morning (mind you, it’s about midnight at this point of the night). I of course chose to move rooms that second if possible. We were originally on the second floor and the new room was downstairs. We had to pack all of our things and carry everything with no assistance including my toddler who at that point is beyond exhausted from the day. I then asked to speak to the manager Maricela regarding this situation and from the start all she did was offer me a $25 refund, no apology, and absolutely no empathy for my situation. When I told her that we paid $250 for deposit, what is $25 going to cover she just said to take it up with Expedia. Spend your money elsewhere
