“This is an amazing property with a spectacular view of the ocean. It sits directly across the street from the beach which actually disappears during high tide and the waves crash against the break right in front of the property! “Couldn’t have asked for a better location, view, or accommodations in Ocean Beach. Nor could we have asked for a more hospitable and kind host. He responded immediately to our questions and was available to help with anything we needed. Perfect place for our girl’s annual rendezvous. My only disappointment was that the whale migration seem to be ahead of us so no whale sightings this year. That’s just bad timing on our part!Definitely plan to be back next year. ”

“My husband and I stayed here for a few days in the beginning of December. The condo was exactly as described. Heather was a great host and there is binder with all the instructions you will need. “After getting through all of the instructions and codes for this, that, and the other thing, just to get going in the unit, we thoroughly enjoyed the condo. We were within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to do while there giving us lots of time to relax and enjoy sitting on the balcony which was calming, despite all the (surprisingly quiet) activity all around, including sailing, water skiing, beach volleyball, dog walking, etc.. Great for people-watching! We loved it and have discussed……

"The hotel itself is great, but this time the experience was terrible. We stayed in Room 656, and from 1 AM to 4 AM, there was constant noise and commotion next door. It seemed like someone was drunk, and they were banging on the walls the whole time. I couldn't sleep at all throughout the night.
The next day, I went to the front desk to negotiate a solution. I asked for a refund since I didn't sleep at all, and I didn't even request any additional compensation. The front desk staff seemed to agree and said it was possible, but they needed Expedia to contact their hotel because Expedia was the one who charged me. So I had to leave the hotel and try to contact Expedia. The result? The hotel refused to refund me. This means that not only did I not get any sleep, but I was also deceived by the hotel. What a "wonderful" experience."
