The website said free parking. When we chexked in the clerk had us pay more for a parking fee. Now this morning we have two debits on bank account for our stay! Talked with the clerk about it this morning at check out. He could not give us a receipt or refund one od the debits.

This was just a weekend staycation for me and the kids. Breakfast was trash. dry and flies get first dibs. Parking is NOT free (but only $4/night). NO in-room microwave. In-room fridge is micro, not mini. No hot water (only warm) in room. Room was clean. TV had good tech. Pool is mid, no access from hotel and no pool towels. Go to DoubleTree across the street.

The staff was very hands off. There wasn’t always someone at the front desk and they didn’t share much information and were not very friendly. The floors in the room was dirty and the staff didn’t clean the room at all over the four night stay. There is no gym, microwave or coffee machine. The breakfast is free but very limited choices. There is no hot breakfast.

Pros: Hotel cerca de Seaworld, Six flags y Plaza Cantera con muchas tiendas muy padres. Contra: 1. Dice deayuno pero solo ponen begals, 2 jarras de jugo, cafe, mantequilla y mermeladas. 2. Se nota que no cambian las sabanas de huesped a huesped ya que yo me encontre en la cama cabellos rojos los cuales ningun integrante de mi familia lo tiene de ese color. 3. La cortina de la regadera tampoco se cambia de un huesped a otro y la regadera absolutamente no se lava ya que tambien encontre cabellos rojos, el baño da mucho que desear. 4. Empleados mal carientos Si tu eres una persona que se fija mucho en estos detalles de limpieza NO VAYAS AQUI. Ademas de que encontre una cucaracha en el techo de la habitación

First the doors things was loose and feels unsafe. I went tell the front desks, she called maintenance come fix. Second the showers noddles doesn’t work and it look loose and broke but maintenance said is normal. Thirth we asked for housekeeping, she only made one bed not other bed. We called to ensure we could get a late check out due to being better for a conference before booking the room, they ensured us of a 3:00 check out. The next day the new staff on shift said no, they’re not sure who told us that but the latest they could allow us to check out was 1:00. Regardless of what we were told prior to booking (& being that was the only reason we booked it) they did not budge. Also, they advertise breakfast & that was an absolute joke. Two kinds of cereal & a bagel is not enough to be considered offering a full breakfast. The front desk staff was not pleasant when we brought them our issue regarding the check out. The only friendly staff there was were the cleaning ladies. To top it all off they only have 1 cart for luggage. Needless to say, never again & I don’t recommend it.
