"We had a wonderful anniversary weekend at Jonny's lovely cottage. The location - right on Seneca Lake - was perfect for a glass of wine on the dock, bird watching, and relaxing with a book. The cottage was super clean, with everything we needed for the weekend. Jonny shared detailed info about the rental, which we really appreciated, and was fast to respond to emails. The hot tub, especially on a chilly night, is great fun. We'll be back! "

"Search no further this is an exceptional rental!! We wanted an updated, clean comfortable place, suitable for entertaining and accommodating a visit with our son who attends Hobart College along with his group of friends. We found the perfect home with surrounding views of Seneca Lake(only 19 minutes away from campus). It offers comfort, spacious rooms with quality decor that tells you that you are being very well taken care of. The main area has space for cooking with at least 4 different stations to accommodate several chefs and their big personalities! 6 very comfortable, well-made handsome bar-stools at the island that is intimate enough for cross conversations as well as large enough for sampling the tapas and eating entrees all at the same time. This is not an island that will feel overcrowded. Meanwhile the rest of the group enjoyed the well furnished open space for living room entertainment. Large deep-cushioned, very comfortable couches, ready for watching sports and eventually late-night movie watching. Everything is new, clean and comfortable. The appliances are smart technology, ample Iron Clad pots & pans, Williams Sonoma dishes. We felt very well taken care of! Everyone was impressed and wanting to return for the fire-pit and beach!! I cannot say enough about this find, other than we will be back again and again for next 4 years to see these boys graduate! "Friends gathering to celebrate meeting on trip to Italy. Decided to do a reunion in the Finger Lakes. The house was in a great location and perfect for the 10 of us to reunite. We did a sailing trip on Truelove Schooner on Seneca Lake and did a brewery / winery tour. So many very close to this location. The house was large with many gathering areas, clean and comfortable. Perfect for socializing and catching up. Great fire pit on the lake. Jill was great with answering questions in a timely and complete fashion and very welcoming. We are already talking about going back again. More great memories created on this trip. "

"I recently stayed at a Seneca Lake cottage that truly deserves its five-star rating! The modern decor and fantastic lake views made it the perfect getaway. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided thoughtful touches, from local treats, to pet cookies, to helpful recommendations. The location was serene yet conveniently close to wine trails and everything Seneca Lake has to offer. Every detail was attended to, making my stay both relaxing and memorable. "It couldn’t have been a more amazing week with my sisters and nieces. The house was really nice and clean. Just a couple suggestions. A railing on the front steps. Bath mats for safety, they can be thrown out after each guest. And please explain the host fee. That cost was outrageous. We could have stayed two more nights for that $595 in host fees. Plus the service fees which I assumed were for cleaning. "
