“We enjoyed our weekend stay at Yotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were pretty small but the layout worked for our small family with the pull down bed and bunks. It was nice to have a full kitchen that even included a dishwasher. Property was very clean. There were some spots in the hallway on the carpet that needed cleaning, however the room itself and the rest of the property was very clean. Heated pool and hot tub were nice after a busy day, and my son enjoyed the game room……

“The property seems to be brand new. Easy check in. We stayed in the studio which was clean and seemed new. The room was quiet, had a great view, bed was very comfortable and just about everything one needed for cooking / eating was provided, with the exception there was no microwave. The coffee maker provided was overly complex and the wrong size filters were provided (we left some correct size filters for the next guest). “We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.”

“I booked a room with a deck, all the photos showed that. There was no deck! Also the bathroom is basically in the bedroom, only closed off by a shutter. “Not a good check-in experience, then when we arrive… No AC. High of 93 the days we were there. Top floor condo. Very very very hot. “This condo was perfect for us. Our teens had their own bathroom and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. You walk out of the second floor right onto the slopes at the orange bubble heated chair lift. The building also had a shuttle for going to town for dinner or shopping. The base is very walkable from the condo. We ski the Rockies every year and this is one of the best set up condos we have stayed in.”

“Had a wonderful time!!! Awesome little cabins and the property was beautiful! Felt like you were far away but it was nice to still be close to town. This is more of glamping experience.
