Overall stay was good, but the check in experience was terrible. After a 16 hour travel day, the long, complicated and impersonal check in process was a huge hassle. We arrived late night and there was no attendant to help us. After trying to figure out how to enter the “check in kiosk”, the instructions for self check in were confusing. We had to enter our information more than 5 times before finally getting to the payment option. Once there, our USA issued credit card was denied because it wanted us to enter a pin, which we did’nt have because we’ve never had to use a pin before. Going on very little sleep, hungry and tired, this made for an all around bad experience.
