“By far the worst rental Ive ever booked. We booked for 11/6-11/12 during a trip to bury my aunt. I contacted the host to let her know that our flight would be landing at 3am Thurs morning. She asked if someone could pick up the keys. When we arrived after 4am, already exhausted, we get upstairs and the keys did not work. We had to wait almost an hour for the host to bring the correct keys. When we were finally able to get into the apartment, we were met with shock & confusion. The air……

“When we first arrive we was greeted by Mrs Bernice who was absolutely wonderful and accommodating! Her hospitality exceeded my expectations. Better than the resort we stayed at! The breakfast was wonderful, and she offer dinner. Food was amazing. I will always stay here when I come to Portmore. Thank you Mrs Bernice”

“It was ok but they informed me they was going to not charge me until the July 3 because of flight issues but they did not tell the truth they started charging me on July 2 so they were not truthful. When informed they did not even off one night free ”

“The property was well kept ..very clean...quiet ....my apartment was very nice ..has hot water in the shower which is a plus for me. .access to everything , mall ..pines ..the toll..beach..it's the idealistic location. Property manager pleasant”

“Check in was as smooth as butter. Location is a little less than ideal as the beach was still a 15 minute drive but it is very easy to find and very safe for foreigners. Victoria was very accommodating, got an extra hour free of charge , thanks.”

“It was very convenient for our stay but the pool was not cleaned and I had my son in it and there was insect in the apparent.”

“I enjoyed my brief stay with my son we were received warmly. The vibes were awesome. Nice garden area also.”

“Jackie’s place was AMAZING.. as i reached the gated community it felt like i was in florida or cali, i showed pics and vids to everyone and they were asking if im actually in st catherine. But yes! This place was the best and it felt like home literally i had a front yard a driveway a big backyard and it was so spacious! Book Jackie for your next vaca stay even with family, she’s the sweetest!”
