I didn't know they only accept cash for deposit. I told them I can go get cash, they forced me to use the ATM they have there. The room is not clean, the bathroom is very dirty, the drain in the shower not going down, it's smell so bad. The room doesn't look like the photos that I've seen when booking.

Dirty hotel with hardly any AC. They didn’t give me the room I wanted and said they had nothing else available. Do not stay here.

This place was a night mare to stay at. We only stayed there for about 5 hours because we had to catch a red eye flight. The room was gross, the bathroom was gross, there was holes in the wall every where. We ended up staying in our car and loosing the money we paid for the hotel room. It was too late to cancel the room. When we got to the front desk, the person in charge was asleep on the couch in the little lobby area. When we went to check out, the guy was in the same place with the doors locked. I would definitely NEVER recommend anyone to stay here and will never stay here again.

I cannot recommend staying here, even at a low price. The room was noticeable dirty, the area was unsafe and the room had an odor. They also require a cash deposit and are extremely rude.

The bathroom had no heat it was freezing. We arrived at the hotel at night and the front desk staff unlocked the door and locked it right away. I asked if it was a safe area and he wavered his hands. The outside entrance was dirty. The staff said police drive by often. They had signs if u have a guest they have to leave by 8 pm. I had a two night stay and left a day early even though the second night was non refundable

Great staff. You can store your luggage if you need to. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Elevator a little run down and slow drains in room 315 - we told front desk staff and they are looking into it. Room and bedding were clean and we heard NO noise from neighbouring rooms or outside - this is what is important to us.

Staff was friendly and helpful. It took the hotel 2 days to make their laundry and dryer machines work. We were not able to do any laundry until the night before we had to check out, which was rather inconvenient.

Hot water took for ever to kick in, once it did, in the shower it took for ever to drain the water down, not minimum than 3 hours, also sink drain was very very slow. Tiles in the shower were very paint peeled, made it seem disgusting and dirty up to a certain point, very old looking, I think you could do a much better maintenance job than it has been doing.
