“House totally as described but slightly spooked by the monkey butler as we entered by mobile torch light. The house is obviously still used to some extent as fresh food was found in the fridge. The kitchen oven and extractor were filthy. All dishes and pans had to be washed before they could be used. Carpets and floors had not been hoovered, cobwebs also noted. You have a problem with flies in the grey double bedroom to the extent there were at least 20 dead ones on the carpet by the time we……

“My husband and I celebrated our 20 year wedding anniversary with my parents. The Coach House is beautifully decorated! We were lucky with the weather and spent a lot of our evenings in the garden. A previous review mentioned the garden not being secure for their dog. Before booking I checked if this was being rectified as we have 2 Westies. I was assured it would be before the start of the season, and confirm the garden is secure for Westie sized and upwards dogs. As well as Bournemouth……

“Sea Cottage was just the place my wife and I wanted for a mini-break in the New Forest. A moderate walk from the town centre made it accessible, and car parking was easy. The cottage was clean and with excellent facilities. All our contact with Richard was helpful and friendly. We would be happy to book again. ”

We’ve enjoyed being so close to both the New Forest and the sea at Milford. Bournemouth is easily accessible for day trips too.”

“Location and accommodation was lovely. Owners were lovely although difficult to locate on expiry. Didn’t get to see them to say goodbye. Only downside was the shower/bath in the large rear bedroom did not work as there was no cold water coming through. A thermostatic cartridge problem maybe. So had to share another en-suite!”
